Mục tiêu: Mô tả một số đặc điểm sức khỏe, bệnh tật của CSGTĐB Công an Thành phố Hà Nội.
Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả dựa trên hồi cứu 332 hồ sơ khám sức khỏe định kỳ của CSGTĐB tại Bệnh viện CATPHN từ 01/01/2008 - 31/12/2008. Số liệu được thống kê theo biểu mẫu thiết kế sẵn.
Kết quả: Đa số CSGTĐB là nam giới (96,1%), nhóm tuổi 20-30 chiếm tỉ lệ cao nhất (46,7%), chiều cao trung bình là 169,1cm; trọng lượng trung bình là 69,5kg, đa số có chỉ số BMI ở mức bình thường (83,4%); tần số mạch trung bình là 72,1 lần/phút, HATĐ trung bình là 118mmHg, HATT trung bình là 75,1mmHg. Nhóm bệnh mắc nhiều nhất là hô hấp - tai mũi họng (chiếm 18,7%). Ở mức thấp hơn là các nhóm bệnh lý về tim mạch (chiếm 13,3%), bệnh lý răng hàm mặt (chiếm 13%), bệnh lý tiêu hóa (chiếm 12,7%). Rối loạn chuyển hóa chiếm một tỉ lệ đáng kể (5,1%). Đa số CSGTĐB xếp loại sức khỏe tốt (rất khỏe chiếm 22%, khỏe chiếm 51,7%).
Kết luận: CSGTĐB có thể lực và sức khỏe tốt. Nhóm bệnh hay mắc là hô hấp - tai mũi họng, tim mạch, răng hàm mặt và tiêu hóa.

Some health characteristics of police traffic of HaNoi police forces

SUMMARY:

Objective: Describe some of the characteristics of health, illness police road trafic of Hanoi police.
Subjects and methods: Descriptive study based on retrospective record 332 regular health examinations of road traffic police at the Hanoi police hospital from 01/01/2008 - 31/12/2008. Statistical data are pre-designed form.
Results: The majority of road traffic police are male (96.1%), 20-30 age group accounted for the highest percentage (46.7%), average height is 169.1cm, the average weight is 69.5kg, most of them have a BMI in the normal range (83.4%), the average frequency pulse is 72.1 beats/min, maximum average blood pressure is 118mmHg, minimum average blood pressure is 75mmHg. The most common group of diseases is respiratory, ear, nose and throat. At lower levels of cardiovascular disease group (up 13.3%), dental disease (13%), gastrointestinal disease (12.7%). Metabolic disorders account for a significant proportion (5.1%). Most police road traffic rank good health (22% very well, accounting for 51.7% health).
Conclusion: The police road traffic have good health and fitness. The most common group of diseases is respiratory, ear, nose and throat, cardiovascular, dental and digestion.
